APA Structurally Certified
All of our Hardwood products are Structurally Certified by the APA and undergo rigorous inspection and testing by our Quality Control team.Crown HDO Weights
Crown HDO can be specified as either one or two sided panels with 100 or 120 weight pouring faces, and 30, 100 or 120 weight backs to meet your job site requirements.Hardwood Face and Back
A durable hardwood veneer is used for the face and back providing a smoother pouring surface and a more durable panel than our softwood options.
Two Piece Inner Plies
Our two piece, Douglas fir inner ply construction method is engineered to provide a more solid panel that can better stand up to job site wear and tear.Multi-Layer Edge Protection
For additional protection against moisture, all Crown HDO panels are edge puttied and then thoroughly coated with a silver, aluminized, resin-rich alkyd edge seal.Factory-Applied Release Agent
For safety reasons, HDO panels do not come factory coated with release agent. Prior to each use, Crown HDO requires application of Nox-Crete or equivalent release agent.
